Where It Started
It is said that necessity is the mother of invention. This was certainly the case when AA Drywall was established in 1992. AA Drywall rose from the pressing need for qualified, honest drywall contractors to help restore the South Florida communities devastated by Hurricane Andrew.
However, the story of the people behind AA Drywall began long before that, when Antonio Alonso began working in the Drywall business in 1971. Working independently, Antonio taught each of his three sons—Tony, Mandy, & Ignacio—the drywall trade.
